Kara Chutney
Ingredients:
Onions- 1 chopped
Tomato - 1 chopped
Garlic - 3 pods
Urad dal - 1 teaspoon.
Bengal gram - 1 teaspoon.
For seasoning
Oil - 1 tablespoon.
Mustard seeds - teaspoon.
Curry leaves - few.
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan add urad dal, bengal gram roast them lightly.
- Add onions and saute well ,then add tomato and garlic.
- Blend this all together in blender.
- Take another pan for seasoning, add the seasoning ingredients and pour it onto the blended mix.
- Kara Chutney ready.
