Kara Chutney



Ingredients:
Onions- 1 chopped
Tomato - 1 chopped
Garlic - 3 pods
Urad dal - 1 teaspoon.
Bengal gram - 1 teaspoon.

For seasoning
Oil - 1 tablespoon.
Mustard seeds - teaspoon.
Curry leaves - few.

Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan add urad dal, bengal gram roast them lightly.
  • Add  onions and saute well ,then add tomato and garlic.
  • Blend this all together in blender.
  • Take another pan for seasoning, add the seasoning ingredients and pour it onto the blended mix.
  • Kara Chutney ready.
