CrispyChicken fry



Ingredients:

For marination:
Chicken - 1/2 pound.
Curd - 1/4 cup.
Salt to taste.
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon.
Lemon extract - 2 tablespoon.

For frying:
Oil-  to deep fry.

For Coating :
All purpose flour - 2 cup
Cornflour - 1 cup
Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon.
Salt to taste.
Chilly powder -  1/2 teaspoon.
Bread crumbs - 1 cup.

Binding ingredient:
Egg - 1 

Method:

  • Marinate the chicken pieces with the above mentioned ingredients under FOR MARINATION overnight.



  • The next day heat the oil in the kadai.
  • Beat the egg , so it is uniformly yellowish color and keep aside in a bowl.
  • Mix all the ingredients under FOR COATING in powder texture(no water) in a bowl and keep aside. 
  • Take marinated chicken piece and dip in the FOR COATING mixture bowl first and fry it in the oil , till it turns lightly brown and take the chicken pieces  out .  
  • Now take fried chicken piece and dip it in the egg and double coat it in the For Coating mixture(lightly dusting) and deep fry it in the oil again.
  • Fry this until nicely golden brown.


Now KFC Style Crispy Chicken Fry ready .😁😁!!!.
