Donuts

Ingredients:

Milk                           -1/2 cup
Baking powder            -2 tspns
Egg                           -1
Plain flour                  -2 cups
Castor Sugar              -1/2 cup
icing sugar                 -2 tspns
venilla extract            -2 tspns
unsalted butter          -50 grams
Sprinkles candies/dark chocalates/white chocalates.

Method:

1.Add egg ,castor sugar,baking powder,milk,venilla extract, unsalted butter together and mix well.
2.Add the flour to this mix and make the batter.Let this to set in fridge for 30 minutes.
3.Meanwhile ,Take some icing sugar and add venilla extract,boiling water and stir the glyce well .
4.Put the flour on lightly floured surface and make the donut shape use a round cutter for outer and inner hole.
5.This can be deep fried or cooked in oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
6.Dip the cooked donut in glyce and then in candies .
7.Ready to serve.
