Egg Bhurji



Ingredients:

Onions- 1 Chopped
Tomato - 1 Chopped
Ginger  - 1/2 inch Chopped
Coriander - few
Oil - 2 tablespoon
Butter - 1 tablespoon.
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon.
Green Chilies - 2 Chopped
Salt to taste.
Tomato Ketchup - 1 tablespoon.
Pav bhaji masala - 1/2 teaspoon.
Eggs - 4 

Method:

  • Heat a pan with oil and butter saute onions till soft and add ginger cook well
  • Add tomatoes with turmeric powder,green chillies,pav bhaji masala.
  • Add some tomato ketchup saute till the smell goes off.
  • Add the coriander and mix well .
  • Now add the eggs and stir fry continuously do not let this too dry.
  • Delicious egg Bhurji is ready.
  • Can be taken with bread roasted with butter.
