Chicken Curry
Ingredients:
Onions - 2 chopped
Tomato - 1 chopped
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Whole spices -1 teaspoon.
Chilly powder - 1 tablespoon.
Green Chilies - 2 Sliced lengthwise.
For grinding
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Cashews - 3 to 4
Oil - 2 tablespoon.
Preparation:
Grind the grated coconut,cashews into a paste and keep aside.
Method:

Chicken - 1/2 pound.
Curd - 1/4 cup.
Chilly Powder - 1 tablespoon.
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tablespoon.
Salt to taste.
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon.
Lemon extract - 2 tablespoon.
Chicken - 1/2 pound.
Curd - 1/4 cup.
Chilly Powder - 1 tablespoon.
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tablespoon.
Salt to taste.
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon.
Lemon extract - 2 tablespoon.
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Cashews - 3 to 4
Oil - 2 tablespoon.
Preparation:
Grind the grated coconut,cashews into a paste and keep aside.
Method:
- Marinate the chicken pieces with the above mentioned ingredients under FOR MARINATION overnight.
- Pour oil in a pan and fry the whole spices for a minute then add onions as it is cooked, add Ginger garlic paste saute them till the raw smell goes.
- Add tomato to this, Then add turmeric powder,chilly powder,garam masala and salt Saute nicely it till the raw smell goes away.
- When the tomato turns mushy, add the marinated chicken pieces.
- Add little water.Close the pan with lid and cook for 5- 10 minutes.
- Bring it to boil then pour the coconut paste and let it boil for 3 to 5 minutes
- Garnish with some coriander
