Simple Fish fry




Ingredients:

Salmon - 1/2 pound
Chilly powder - 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tablespoon
Salt - pinch
Ginger garlic paste (optional)


For  frying:

oil                  - 2 tbsp.


 Method:

  • Wash Salmon thoroughly in water and cut into pieces
  • Apply chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt to the salmon and marinate for 1/2 hour 
  • Now shallow fry the salmon pieces Switch off the flame as it turns golden brown.



 Fish fry Ready !! Serve Hot 😍😍
